In order to be able to process your request, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following up-to-date information (not older as 3 months, titled, typed and translated in English or German)

- Current medical report (in English or German)
Complimentary information
- Current laboratory test results
- Current radiology test results (CT scan, PET-Scan, MRI, etc.) in English or German
- Operative report (in case of previous surgical procedure)
- Current histopathology report (in case of previous biopsy)
You will receive from us
- A treatment plan, a sketch of the planned treatment
- A cost plan, an estimate of the associated costs
- A timetable, a schedule and bed planning
Request processing time
- Upon receiving all necessary documentation, we will get in touch with the required medical department(s) in order to proceed with an individual assessment of your case
- You may expect a full answer from us within approximately five working days

Patients from EU countries (private patients)
Citizens from other EU countries are welcome to be treated at our Hospital as private patients.
Please be aware that we generally do not accept cost coverage declarations from foreign private health insurance providers. In such a case we will request a forepayment according to our cost estimate prior to admission.
We therefore ask you to clarify this issue with your health insurance company in advance.
Patients from countries outside of the European Union
Patients from outside the European Union are always welcome to receive treatment at our medical Institutions.
Our multilingual team will be glad to assist you with your request for an appointment and treatment.
Entry visa and invitation
Visas are issued by the German Embassy or the German Consulate General in the patient's country of residence.
Cost Plan
Many public institutions, strive for the greatest possible cost transparency. All of they treatments are based on the usual billing systems and legal standards in Germany.
Unfortunately, they can only inform you of the final treatment costs at the end of your treatment.
Cost estimate calculations are dependent on the complexity and dynamic of care as well as auxiliary services provided.
Therefore, it is rarely possible to provide an exact cost estimate before treatment begins.
Please note that there is no direct billing with foreign health insurance companies. An advance payment in accordance with our cost estimate is thus required. Payment can be made by:
Bank transfer in advance;
in such a case you must present the receipt on admission
Credit card on the day of admission:
please be aware to check your credit card limit first.
Cash payment (only in exceptional cases)
